Dr. Laura Friesenborg

With 20 years of experience in higher education, Laura knows what it takes to help colleges and universities transform their organizations.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a doctorate in Organization Development, Laura helps her partners identify how they can innovate and stay competitive.

Laura’s experience includes serving as Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness, Chair of Organizational Leadership academic programs, Director of Online Learning, and Title III Project Director, among other roles. She has worked at both community colleges and universities.

Laura is passionate about equipping leaders to achieve their project goals, and her data-informed approach helps create change that lasts. Over the last six years, Laura has generated over $32 million in grant funding and has evaluated over $39 million in strategic projects for client colleges and universities.
